- SPEDIZIONE IN ITALIA -
spedizione con corriere nazionale - > ritiro pacco da parte del corriere entro massimo 2 giorni lavorativi dal momento del vostro avvenuto pagamento dell'ordine (escluso sabato e domenica); consegna entro 2-4 giorni lavorativi oltre a quello di spedizione a seconda delle località, esclusi sabato e domenica.

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING -
We ship using PostNL standard mail service, which is tracked and the cheapest way. Usually it takes from 7 to 15 working days to be delivered, but it can take longer, maybe 4 to 5 weeks, it depends on final destinations around the world. We may ship also using International courier on request, which is way too fast and reliable.
All orders are shipped within 2 working days (excluding Sat and Sun) after payment is cleared and fully received.
WE PROVIDE QUALITY CONTROL FOR ALL OUR SHIPMENTS AND WE MAKE SURE THAT EVERY RECORD IS SHIPPED IN THE BEST CONDITION.
Seller is NOT responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

In caso di disco ricevuto in cattive condizioni, noi non siamo responsabili per eventuali danni riportati, il corriere è responsabile per la consegna dei pacchi ai clienti in buone condizioni. Per quanto ci riguarda cerchiamo di lavorare al meglio e ci assicuriamo che ogni pacco venga spedito nel miglior modo possibile.
Ad ogni modo, in caso di ricevimento di una spedizione danneggiata, A NOSTRA DISCREZIONE prossiamo fornire una copia del medesimo disco in sostituzione.

If you receive your records in bad condition, we are not liable for the damages. POSTNL is responsible for delivering the package to the customers in good condition. We at The Deep Distribution make sure all orders are packed in the best condition.

However, if you receive your shipment damaged, we can provide a replacement copy, but ONLY AT OUR DISCRETION.
